Darrell McLennan Fordyce
Founder
Darrell McLennan Fordyce is a leadership development expert with a diverse and accomplished background. He is the founder of FEED Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience in both the military and commercial sectors to help develop high-performing teams and compassionate leaders in both the commercial and sports worlds.
Before founding FEED Consulting, Darrell had a rich career that included serving as an army officer and holding senior leadership roles in major global organisations and various sectors, including positions with telco giant Orange, the NBA, and global marketing services group WPP. He also served as Managing Director for consumer and finance start-ups. His work has involved large-scale international projects, such as the Camel Trophy in Mongolia, the BT Global Challenge and Volvo Ocean Race.
In addition to his corporate work Darrell is a qualified leadership coach, a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership, NLP practitioner and Compassionate Leadership Academy (CLA) Associate. His coaching and leadership programs have impacted a wide range of clients, from NHS Trusts to sports teams, CEOs to newly promoted managers, demonstrating his empathy, versatility and ability to influence across sectors, organisations and levels.
Emma Ward

Emma Ward is a business leadership specialist with 25+ years’ experience, most recently as European Managing Director of the leading the brand and innovation executive search firm, The Talent Business. Here she helped senior leadership teams including apple, Channel 4, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy build transformational teams and leaders capable of driving innovation and delivering strategic and commercial impact.
Prior to this, Emma worked at high profile advertising agencies Publicis and Farm, as well as the brand consultancy Banc in Managing Director roles. She has seen first-hand that business, people and team growth come from ensuring excellence in leadership. She is an avid promoter of the value of Emotional Intelligence providing the basis for quality leadership, team building and collaboration.
Emma is a former national league hockey player, now playing ‘masters’ and winning the National Championships in 2022. She was also national swimmer and was back in the water recently to win the 2023 Serpentine Swim for her age-group.
